Berry Picking by Wisconsin County:

Strawberries: 

Strawberries ripen from June 5 to June 15 in the South and June 10 - July 1 in the North.  Check their website or call first!

Raspberries: 

Raspberries follow strawberries, ripening in early July and lasting about three weeks.  Some everbearing types offer raspberries until the first frost.

Blueberries:

The Blueberry ripens in July in the South and Central part of Wisconsin and August in the far north. Check our website to find farms that offer this luscious berry!

South - Starts early to mid-June
North - late June to mid-July
Raspberries ripen in early July to mid-August.  Some everbearing types of raspberries even go into the fall. Blueberries come ripe in mid-July to September, depending on where you are. 

Berry picking can be fun for the whole family, but remember to get the berries in a cooler quickly to preserve freshness.  Also, berries can be frozen to keep for months.
